We’ve got you
This tier is for the host who likes to take care of most things themselves, but needs a partner a few weeks before their event to make sure everything is in order and take the wheel on the day of the event.
The “We’ve Got You” package includes some of the following:
One coordinator and one assistant
Week-of vendor confirmations
Serving as main point of contact for vendors on the day of the event
Timeline review, distribution, and on-site management
Set up (decor, signage, favors, etc)
Event management throughout the day
Vendor management throughout the day
Serving as the main point of contact for vendors
Up to 10 hours of on-site coverage

It’s taken care of
This tier is for the host who wants a little additional support. “It’s taken care of “ includes all the services listed in “We’ve got you” along with some additional support services.

From start to finish
From start to finish means you have our support in all aspects of your planning. We are involved from the very beginning. “From start to finish” includes all things in the “It’s taken care of” and “We’ve got you” tiers.

Book our services by the hour. 2 hour minimum (8 hour max limit)

Half a day
Book our services for half a day. 4 hour total Can be used for before, during, or after your event. Hours must be used consecutively.
